Product and catalog data. We collect product names, descriptions, images, prices, categories, inventory-related details, and other content you upload to your catalog.

Customer enquiry information. When a visitor submits an enquiry from your storefront, we may collect their name, mobile number, selected products, quantities, and related enquiry details so you can follow up on WhatsApp or through your dashboard.

Usage and technical data. We may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken in the Service, referral URLs, and similar diagnostic data.

Payment and subscription data. If you purchase or manage a subscription, payment-related information may be processed by our payment partners. We receive limited billing or subscription status information needed to provide the Service.
